Remove the lockscreen and home screen status bar.

Tweak to change opacity of dock. Includes experimental “classic” dock setting for botched devices. I intend to make this a more full fledged dock-customization tweak in the future.

Prevent the cc status bar from disappearing and showing text when pressing some modules. For example: the orientation lock button that shows text when pressed.
